Partner
Nomad Coffee

After ten years of gaining experience in hospitality, in 2013 I decided to make a radical change in my life and dedicate myself exclusively to coffee.

That led me to quit my job and move to Barcelona, where the specialty coffee scene was just emerging. After some tough months, Jordi Mestre, founder of NOMAD, hired me as a barista at his first café, NOMAD COFFEE LAB & SHOP.

More than ten years have passed since that day, and I have grown both professionally and personally. From being a barista, I became a roaster. From roaster, I moved on to deciding which coffees we feature on our menu as Head of Coffee. NOMAD has become such an important part of my life that I have even invested in the company, and now I am a partner alongside Jordi Mestre.

Today, in addition to making decisions about green coffee purchases and supervising and supporting the roasting team, I also assist Jordi in making decisions about the direction of the company.

Dalston Coffee

I have been working in the specialty coffee sector since 2019. I started as a barista in a small shop near Plaza Cataluña and, over time, had the opportunity to work as Head Barista in different projects, advise new coffee shops, become co-owner of my own café, and later focus on roasting and quality control.

Today, I work as Head Roaster at Dalston Coffee and, independently, I lead the Meik Sam Nois competition. In addition, I am a Q Grader and Authorized SCA Trainer (AST), which allows me to continue deepening my knowledge, training others, and pursuing quality within the sector.

Co-Founder
Delilab

In 2020, I co-founded Delilab together with my sister, a pioneering project in the distribution of specialty green coffee in small quantities, aimed at both online sales and micro roasters, with a focus on personalized service. My passion for quality led me to become certified as a Q Grader in 2024, as well as in the CVA Course for Cuppers, which allows me to carry out the selection and quality control of all the coffees we distribute.

In addition, I am co-founder of Valencia is Coffee, through which we promote coffee culture by offering sensory workshops and training experiences for both professionals and enthusiasts.
