Since 2006, involved in organizing Barista Championships in Spain. Judging internationally since 2007 at the World Championships of Latte Art, Coffee in Good Spirits, and supporting international competitions as Sensory Judge, Head Judge, and WCE Representative.
In 2009, certified as International Sensory Judge by WCE in Barista, Latte Art, and Coffee in Good Spirits. Has continuously renewed certification as Sensory Judge for the World Barista Championship and World Coffee Roasting Championship to date.

Director of Barista Academy in Barcelona.
2013: Founded Coffee People, providing training and consulting services to companies such as Jacobs Douwe Egberts, DeLonghi, and Tchibo. Also established the import and distribution of La Marzocco espresso machines in Spain and Portugal.
In October 2014, launched the True Artisan Café in Barcelona, a project in collaboration with La Marzocco, creating a space where the growing community of baristas and roasters could meet.
Since 2018, Elisabet has been fully dedicated to training coffee professionals and representing World Coffee Championships, validating and collaborating in championship production, as well as delivering SCA-certified training in Spain and abroad.
As a consultant, she has helped companies in the sector improve processes in Training, Quality, and Green Coffee Purchasing departments.
