I began my journey in the world of coffee in 2013, in Caracas (Venezuela), where I discovered a passion that over the years became my vocation. Since then, I have dedicated myself to exploring every facet of this universe: from roasting and professional training to creating experiences around the cup.

My career took shape in Chile, where I developed coffee shop projects, taught personalized classes and professional training sessions, and managed my own café featuring signature drinks — a space where coffee was the foundation of everything that happened. For the past four years, I’ve been living in Barcelona, a city that has allowed me to continue growing within the industry.

I joined the Nomad Coffee team in April 2022, first as a barista and later as Coffee Bar Manager, a stage in which I was able to contribute to the development of many of the procedures that are now part of our protocols. I am currently the Head Roaster at Nomad Coffee and the National Coffee Roasting Champion of Spain — a recognition that represents not only my commitment to quality and consistency but also my deep love for coffee and for the people who make it possible.
