I am dedicated to sourcing green coffee, selecting at origin (mainly Colombia), importing, roasting, and wholesale distribution, in addition to running my own coffee shops. Founder of Crux Café in Buenos Aires. Currently living in Madrid, starting new projects in the Spanish market. As part of my personal growth, I continue studying and working to gain experience as a coffee competition judge and eventually become a certified instructor.
