Sofia Ferraz is the founder and CEO of Tasteology, a creative studio based in Porto dedicated to rethinking how we experience coffee through design, education, and sustainability.

A vegan chef and advocate for ethical practices, she curates projects such as Porto Coffee Week and Lisbon Coffee Week, promoting plant-based culture and conscious consumption.

As National Coordinator of the Specialty Coffee Association in Portugal, Sofia works to strengthen the country’s specialty coffee community and inspire a more sustainable, inclusive coffee future.
