These terms govern participation in MY Coffee Awards 2025, organized by MY Coffee Guide (the Organizer). By purchasing a ticket, submitting an award entry, or participating in any part of the event, you agree to the following:

1. General

• The event will take place on November 7–9, 2025, in Barcelona, Spain. 
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify event details due to unforeseen circumstances. 
• All participants must be 18+ or accompanied by a responsible adult.

2. Tickets & Refunds

• Tickets are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation. 
• Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless previously approved. 
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be reissued.

3. Award Submissions

• By submitting an entry, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate. 
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any submission that violates eligibility or ethical standards. 
• Finalists will be notified via email. The decision of the jury is final and not subject to appeal.

4. Media Consent 

• By attending the event or submitting an award entry, you authorize MY Coffee Guide to use your name, photo, logo, and submitted materials in event-related promotional content, both online and offline. 

5. Liability 

• The Organizer is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event. 
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings and conduct.
