Evangelos Filippatos is the Head Roaster at La Cabra Coffee, which he joined in 2021. He has roasted coffee for numerous competitors and helps roasteries refine their roasting approach. He earned 2nd place in both the Danish Barista Championship (2024) and the Cup Tasters Championship (2023). Evangelos is deeply focused on coffee quality, innovation, and continuous sensory development.
