Dara Santana, known as Dart Caffeine, blends science and coffee through her background in chemical engineering and certifications such as Q Grader, CVA, WCC Judge Skills Program, SCA Sensory and Brewing, among others.

She has specialized in water quality and sensory skills, which she considers essential pillars for understanding the cup experience. Her work focuses on education, research, and the development of projects related to water and coffee, as well as the creation of resources and games that make learning engaging and accessible.

She has participated as a judge and speaker on international stages and collaborates with brands that share her values, helping to mobilize the coffee community across Spain, Europe, and Latin America.

She is currently part of the Oatly Spain team and works closely with brands such as Orea, Sibarist, and Eversys, among others.
