I started my career in 2019 in Colombia, working for the Seratta Bogotá group, a restaurant led by Michelin-starred chef Rubén Trincado. I later had the opportunity to work in Cartagena de Indias at Cardinal Bar alongside one of Colombia’s most renowned professionals, Yeff Ávila (World Class 2024). After some time, I moved to Barcelona, where I specialized in advanced techniques under Javier Caballero. Thanks to my continuous training and participation in industry courses, I am now the Head Bartender at the Hotel Negresco Princess, where I currently work.
