Dani Sánchez is the co-founder of MAE Coffee Liaison, a Barcelona-based company dedicated to importing and connecting specialty coffee producers at origin with roasters across Europe.

As an SCA Q Instructor with an MSc in Coffee Economics & Science and more than two decades of experience in green coffee trading and sensory education, Dani focuses on cupping, training, and building strong relationships between origin and roasters.
