Irene Villavicencio, MAV COFFEE
Irene Villavicencio
5th generation - Coffee Producer
MAV COFFEE

Irene Villavicencio is a coffee producer and Arabica Q Grader from El Salvador. She represents the fifth generation of coffee growers in the Villavicencio family. Together with her father and brother, she has worked tirelessly on Salvadoran land to revitalize coffee agriculture in the country.

Inspired by the remarkable transformation work led by her father, Miguel Ángel Villavicencio, she created the “MAV Coffee” brand, which brings together all the family’s farms and coffees. This strategic move allowed them to build cohesion and recognition across their line of high-quality, sustainable coffees.

Today, MAV Coffee has established a strong international identity. Irene and MAV Coffee continue to move forward with determination, strengthening both the sustainability and quality of their coffees while fostering relationships with their community based on honesty and commitment.
