Champions Room
Every year we invite champions to come and brew alongside normal mortals. Three days of hands-on brewing on the festival floor — many methods, many coffees, and as many sensory notes as you can taste in a weekend.
TIMEMORE
Brewing gear and grinders for every station in the room.
APAX LAB
Providing material and lab support for the brewing stations.
