Filip Nikomanis

I’m Filip Nikomanis, the 2026 Hellenic Brewers Cup Champion, and I had the honor of representing Greece at the World Brewers Cup. I work as a barista at Kross Coffee Roasters in Chania, Crete, where my passion for specialty coffee and brewing keeps growing every day. At the same time, I’m studying Chemical Engineering at the Technical University of Crete, which often influences the way I think, experiment, and approach coffee. I love exploring new ideas, learning through brewing, and sharing great coffee with the people around me.
