I’m George, I live and work in Athens, where I run my cafe Foyer espresso bar with my brother and partner. We strive to bring competition-level excellence on an everyday experience. I’ve been competing now for three years, representing Greece at the 2025 WBrC in Jakarta, as the brewers cup champion.
