Claire Wallace

Claire is a seasoned competitive barista, coach and competition judge, catching the competiton bug way back in 2015. dhe finished Top 3 in the World Barista Championship 2022, as the first woman to represent the UK there in over 18 years. She is the reigning UK Coffee in Good Spirits champion. She has coached multiple competition winning baristas, and is a judge at the London Coffee Masters. She is currently the Head of Coffee Quality at Assembly Coffee in London.
