Lisa Zancanella

I’m Lisa, I was born in Verona - Italy. After graduating I moved to Portugal, where I founded with some friends the cafe and roastery @socoffeeroasters. After five years I decided to moved to Athens, Greece, to work alongside our cafe @foyerespressobar while also working as quality control at @cofinet. I’ve competing for six years now, trying my best to represent Italy. I competed as the 2026 Italian brewers cup at the WBrC in Brussels, after years of trying so hard.
