Marco Beverage Systems

Perfect microfoam, with a touch of the screen.

Marco Beverage Systems is a global reference in beverage technology for hospitality, foodservice and specialty coffee — and the team behind POUR'D, the SCA's Best New Product in 2022. At the throwdown, MilkPal textures the milk to make service faster, reduce waste and keep every drink consistent.

Pre-programmed recipes

Adjustable air ratios create precise microfoam from an intuitive touchscreen.

Every cup

The same drink, every time

Repeatable results at any skill level, with minimal training required.

0

Steam dilution

Milk keeps its flavour and develops a rich, creamy texture — ideal for Oatly.

Espresso pour · A global trend

Every espresso drink, equally good at every bar.

Repeatable recipes mean less room for error and more time for the customer and the cup. The throwdown puts that promise to the test live: once the milk is handled, the pour is what separates the competitors.

Oatly

The one and Oatly!

We’ve given everyone a head start by using Oatly Barista Edition Oat Drink for every pour in the competition. That means your high-velocity latte art skills will be rated on a scale from one to sixty-four once it’s over, and it’s all up to your steady, artistic pour to get the number one rating. Good luck.
