Q grader and all around brewer. I really enjoy focusing on the details of how to create and develop flavour across the coffee chain. Currently between jobs I'm hoping to challenge myself further and develop my knowledge within other areas of coffee.

Outside of coffee I'm still compelled by flavour and enjoy eating good food and drinking good wine.
