How it works.
Three rounds. One green coffee per round. No blends, no secrets — just your roasting skill.

Enter the championship
Pay your entry fee and complete your registration. Once confirmed, every competitor receives the same competition green coffee from the Championship sponsor — the same lot, the same rules.
Deadline to enter: 20 September 2026

Roast & send it back
Roast the competition coffee your way and send us a minimum pack of 250g of roasted coffee. Our team will inspect every sample before it moves to the judging table.
Deadline to send roasted coffee: 10 October 2026

Final round & winners
The 12 best roasts from Round 1 move on. From 18 October, a new coffee — different from the first round, but equal to everyone — is sent out. Competitors roast and return it by 2 November. Winners will be announced in the days before the festival.

A panel of certified Q Graders will cup every sample and classify the 12 best roasts that move on to the final round.
