Lakis Psomas

Lakis Psomas is a Swedish coffee professional, multi-time national champion and World Coffee Championships competitor based in Stockholm. He has represented Sweden across both the World Barista Championship and World Brewers Cup, reaching the world stage in both disciplines. Beyond competition, Lakis works at the intersection of coffee, innovation and communication, with a focus on making exceptional coffee more accessible and engaging. He is also the founder of Ctrl Shift Barista, an initiative using coffee and barista skills to create opportunities for young people entering the job market.
