Christopher Sahyoun Hoff

Christopher is the 2025 Danish Barista Champion and finished 6th at the 2025 World Barista Championship. After years of competing, training and working across different parts of specialty coffee, he’s still most interested in discovering what makes a coffee genuinely exciting. He’s also a firm believer that there’s a lot more to great coffee than whether or not it’s a Geisha.
