Zjevaun Janga

Zjevaun Janga is a three time Dutch Barista Champion, coffee professional and entrepreneur based in Rotterdam. After years working across specialty coffee and hospitality in the Netherlands and Melbourne, he founded Ripsnorter Coffee Roasters, where curiosity, creativity and a constant drive to push coffee forward sit at the heart of everything they do. Zjevaun has represented the Netherlands on the World Barista Championship stage multiple times, most recently in Milan in 2025. Through Ripsnorter, he continues to explore exceptional coffees, innovative techniques and new ways of creating memorable coffee experiences.
