Valentina Cartechini

I'm Valentina, co-founder of Nubra Coffee Roasters and Co-owner of Ambu Coffee, both based in Madrid. Our philosophy is to share competition-level microlots with our community, and to build experiences around them so that people actually connect with what's in the cup.

That same idea is what I took to the stage as Spanish Brewers Cup Champion 2026.
